ASCAE is a dynamic social enterprise working at the intersection of social inclusion, active citizenship, empowerment and local development. With experience in European cooperation and community-based initiatives, ASCAE creates opportunities for people — particularly those from vulnerable or underrepresented groups — to build skills, connect and participate more actively in society. Its multidisciplinary team combines expertise in transnational project management, communication, training and social inclusion, supported by a strong network of volunteers and local stakeholders. Through projects addressing active citizenship, sustainability and community participation, ASCAE brings to HERvoice a strong grassroots perspective and the ability to turn European ideas into relevant local action.
ROLE IN HERvoice: Leads the project’s research and development phase, exploring needs and barriers to democratic participation and helping shape the content of the Democratic Participation Programe.
