Women Shaping Democracy Empowering women to engage, lead, and build inclusive communities through active participation in democracy.

HERvoice empowers women across Europe to make their voices heard and become active change-makers in their communities. Through workshops, dialogue, community activities, and European exchange, participants build confidence, leadership skills, and civic knowledge. Together, they help create stronger, more inclusive communities and a more resilient democracy where every voice counts.

“Democracy grows stronger when all voices are heard.”
Civic participation is not something people are simply born knowing. It can be learned, practised and strengthened.
HERvoice helps change that by:
- Building knowledge, confidence and leadership skills.
- Providing practical learning, community connections and direct dialogue with local leaders and policymakers.
- Empowering women to engage in democratic processes, make informed decisions and influence issues that matter to them.
- Supporting women to become active participants in shaping a more inclusive future.
The HERvoice journey
From learning to participation
Four steps. One goal: stronger voices, more inclusive democracies.

Your voice matters. Your participation matters. Democracy needs you.
- 4 interactive workshops.
- Leadership and empowerment training.
- Critical thinking and media literacy activities.
- Dialogue with local decision-makers.
- European exchange and networking opportunities.
- Community-based initiatives.

What we are doing
Learning. Connecting. Creating Change.
Through a mix of workshops, community activities, dialogues and European exchange, HERvoice turns knowledge into real participation.
