Caregivers brings more than a decade of experience in designing and implementing large-scale educational and social impact programmes, with a strong presence in Romania and across the Balkans. Working with multidisciplinary teams of project managers, psychologists, educators and medical professionals, the organization transforms identified social needs into relevant, evidence-based programs with measurable reach. Each year, its initiatives engage approximately 180,000 young people, 5,000 pregnant women, 100,000 mothers, 500 teachers and 300 healthcare professionals. With extensive expertise in project design, stakeholder engagement, training and complex programe implementation, Caregivers brings to HERvoice the ability to connect strong educational content with communities and turn ideas into action and tangible results.
ROLE IN HERvoice: Leads key community engagement and dissemination activities, including real-life dialogues connecting women with community stakeholders and local authorities, as well as the final European online conference.
